ON YOUR DEVICE
The extension checks supported visible content locally. Your emails and browsing content are not uploaded to us for analysis.
EARLY DEVELOPMENT
Found a warning that feels wrong? Missing a control you would use every day? Tell us.
KeepItReel is still developing. Site layouts change, checks have limits, and your feedback helps us decide what to improve.
OPTIONAL SUPPORT
Contributions support development, testing and maintenance. All current features are free, whether you contribute or not.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL
KeepItReel identifies supported AI disclosures and specific warning patterns. It cannot reliably determine the origin of arbitrary text, images or video. Unlabelled content stays origin unknown.
No. Green on a supported opened message means the enabled checks found no matching warning patterns. Inbox previews contain less information and may show a neutral, limited-check indicator. Attachments, malware and sender authentication are not verified.
No. When you enable email checks, KeepItReel checks supported visible inbox previews and opened messages in Gmail and Outlook. It does not connect to a mailbox API or fetch full unopened messages in the background.
This release is for desktop Chrome. The website works on mobile, but the extension does not protect native phone apps.
All current features are free. Optional support helps fund development. Any future paid features would be clearly described and would require a separate choice; a contribution does not purchase a subscription.
